Aplastic Anaemia

The standard conditioning for Stem Cell Transplant in Aplastic Anaemia is Cyclophosphamide 50 mg/kg/day for 4 days and ATG.

Alemtuzumab (Campath)

This too can be added to cyclophosphamide as part of the conditioning schedule usually with the aim of decreasing the risk of GvHD. It is never combined with ATG. The use of alemtuzumab remains experimental - seek advice from the Consultant.
