Autologous SCT

The conditioning used for autografting is BEAM.

Standard Allografts

These are not often performed at the present time, but Cyclophosphamide/TBI would be the first choice of conditioning.

RIC SCTs

Fludarabine/TBI is the conditioning regimen used for RIC SCT in NHL except for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma.

For HD and Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, RIC SCT using Fludarabine/Melphalan/Alemtuzumab conditioning is currently the most commonly used regimen in Christchurch.
