The assessment forms are designed to capture continuous post-transplant data with no overlapping time periods. The date of the last reporting period is provided on the form.

CIBMTR Disease response Criteria

Note: At any response level, if some but not all criteria are met, the disease status should be downgraded to next lower level of response.

CIBMTR recognise performance status is a critical data field that has been determined to be essential for all outcome-based studies.

Patients who have received an allogeneic HSCT require a Karnofsky score to be documented in all clinic letters post-transplant.

The CIBMTR captures GVHD data based on clinical grade and stage. GVHD scoring and grading is based on clinical severity, not histologic severity. For a GVHD photo atlas please refer to the be the match 2018 long-term survival guidelines.
