Indications for Evogam

For replacement therapy only.

Evogam is immunoglobulin for subcutaneous use.

A weekly dose in the range of 0.05–0.15 g/kg body weight is recommended.

Evogam is administered as a slow push or via an infusion pump at an infusion rate of 10 mL/hour. This may be gradually increased after the first completed infusion up to 20 mL/hour as comfort and tolerability allows. Larger doses (>20 mL) should be divided and given at different sites.
